Rosie Martinez

Rosie Martinez

Rosie handles personal injury cases where it is expected that a lawsuit will be filed.  She helps clients understand the legal process and manages the case all the way from the beginning throughout treatment until the case is resolved.  Having a constant point of contact throughout the process helps ensure you always know who to contact with questions.
Rosie’s bilingual ability allows her to communicate with clients who are more comfortable with Spanish which puts them at ease and helps relieve some of the confusion, anxiety and fear they may be facing.

Why She Cares

Prior to entering the field of law, Rosie worked with the Texas Rehabilitation Commission where she worked with clients suffering with various physical and/or mental handicaps.  She helped them become gainfully employed which she found very rewarding.
This experience helped Rosie develop  a deep compassion for helping people that through no fault of their own have had their lives turned upside down and now face difficult physical, emotional, economic and life-changing circumstances.

  • Juris Doctorate:  Texas Wesleyan University School of Law; 1996

Aside from her paralegal work, Rosie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren…and of course, Pepe, the family pet Schnauzer.  She also enjoys gardening, knitting and doing cross-stitch.
